Snowbasin

2008/9:Snowbasin Resort began construction in June on a detachable quad chair lift. The new chairlift will replace the Little Cat lift which services beginning terrain. The bottom terminal will be located above Earl’s Lodge and the upper terminal will end at the upper parking lot. Length will be 1800 feet with a vertical rise of 167 feet with a carrying capacity of 2400 people per hour.

• Driving: From Salt Lake city take US-89 northbound, take exit 326, onto I-84 eastbound, exit 92. Take Old Highway and turn left on State Road 167 , then turn left on State Road 226 heading west for 3 miles. 33 miles in total.
• Flying: Fly to Salt Lake City, with transfer time of 50 minutes.
