2008/9:Park City Mountain Resort is adding a new high-speed quad chair lift called Crescent that will significantly increase accessibility out of the base area, as well as a new run and expanded snowmaking. Park City Mountain Resort is offsetting 100 percent of its power consumption from renewable energy sources as part of its overall environmental commitment. Several web tools added this season including an online Vacation Planner, a family blog called "The Advenutre," and an interactive Trail Map.
2007/8:45th Anniversary Season with historical tours offered by mountain hosts; Kids Signature Five Program, which guarantees 5 or fewer kids per instructor; Ride Guides, a teen hosted ski and snowboard tour for visiting teens; Goal to reduce carbon footprint by 4,000 tons

04/05:Additional rails, funboxes, jumps and music will be added to the Resort’s terrain parks. New 4 person begginers chair lift.
Driving:
from Salt Lake airpoty head East on Interstate 80 for 4.4miles, then onto I-15 South for 2.5 miles, continue I-80 Eastbound for 21 miles. Take Kimball Junction/Park City exit # 145. Take UT-224 for 6 miles, turn right onto Empire Avenue to resort
