Getting there

  • Bus: Take the postbus to Stechelberg, and take the Schilthornbahn cable way to Mürren, the last one is at 11.45 pm
  • Train: Take a train to Interlaken Ost and from there by regional train to Lauterbrunnen, you can then get the cable-car up to the village. the last cable-car is about 8:30pm or so
  • Driving: The village is car free, so you'll need to leave you car at Lauterbrunnen and then take the cable-car up to the Murren
  • Flying: Fly to Zurich or Geneva and take the train or drive, its about a 3hr journey either way to get to the village
