• Bus: There are several buses a day from the city to Moroznaya station. The ticket is 100 R ($3)
• Driving: The territory of Kamchatka is full of military bases with restricted access, so it's better not to drive around.
• Flying: Aeroflot Airlines, Siberia (S7), and Transaero Airlines can be used to get in to the region. You should fly to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. A return flight from Moscow costs $500-$700 with taxes and takes 9 hours. Sometimes local airlines have promo prices during winter, and Siberia (S7) is especially nice to boarders, offering discounts and not charging for overweight.
