This year sees big changes to the snowboard event at Freeze festival as the event will now invite some of the biggest athletes in the sport. The snowboard comp will now follow the same format as the ski event, Freeze Ski Big Air, and will invite the World’s biggest names in the discipline.

Athletes already confirmed for 'Freeze snowboard Big Air'  include Halldor and Eiki Helgason, Air & Style Winner Marko Grilc, Norwegian Gjermund Braaten, and the UK’s Jamie Nicholls.

This year will also see the addition of grand stand seating available for those hardcore sports fans, who want to be near the action! a strong lineup will see Public Enemy, DJ Shadow and Grandmaster Flash entertain the crowd!

Freeze will also introduce best trick events in both snowboard and ski and the classic Europe v’s The World Rider Cup also returns. A more detailed breakdown of the even can be found below.
