Getting there
- Bus: You can book the Hokkaido Resort Liner to take you from any International Airport to any hotel in Furano.
- Train: Trains are available to Furano station (10 mins to the mountain) from Sapporo central, but you need to change once.
- Driving: From New Chitose Airport take the 'Dou-oh-do' Express Way, Takikawa exit for Furano - about 1 hour. From Asahikawa city and Airport take Highway 237 south - about 25mins.
- Flying: Asahikawa is the closest international airport, however New Chitose has more connecting flights.
