Services are based conveniently for the slopes with a mixture of apartment blocks, chalets, shops, sporting facilities and restaurants, styled in a sober manner aimed at the package-tour ski groups. The village is okay, although there isn’t a great deal to get excited about.

Lodging is very affordable. Evenings can be very lively, with a number of bars that have young crowds partying all night every night.
