Isola 2000

Isola 2000, situated in the south of France, has more to offer than you’d expect. A calculated and very purpose-built resort, the French seem to have got their sums a bit wrong in the early days when they built this rather cheesy and tacky mess, whose original plan was to pack in hordes of cheap package tour groups.

However, things have changed a little, and the place is losing its poor reputation and gaining a lot of respect. The resort has easy access to lifts and the area offers plenty of varied terrain to keep even the most adventurous rider busy for a week or two, a season here would be pushing it.
