Open from September until June, and a great choice for an early or snow sure shred. Good open flat runs, but can get crowded at weekends.

Freeriders will find an abundance of trails to ride, but none of them are too demanding and lack a bit of variety. The 4 black runs on offer are pretty short, but trail 8 should keep you on your toes. The majority of the resort is above tree level, the only trees are below the Mittelstation, just watch out for crevaces and avalanches. From the gondalas you should be able to pick a few nice decents and drops without hiking. The Wilde Grubn is a 10k run back to the base, its not always properly marked so make sure you know where you're heading.
The Moreboards Stubai Zoo terrain park is located on the Gaisskarferner and in full swing offers 3 lines with almost 20 features. The park opens in October with a big party event, the Moreboards Stubai Premier.
For more information visit www.stubai-zoo.com . Away from the park you'll find plenty of natural hits all over the place, so make sure you go exploring.
You'll love this place; theres plenty of nice wide, well maintained pistes available. The management take great care in preparing the slopes; they don't just piste bash at night, but throughout the day, so theres plenty of opportunity to cut the courdroy. During winter they have a traffic lighted carving run, where you can fly down guaranteeing that no ones gonna cut in front of you. You'll find it parallel to run 7 (itself a great run) and the Schlepplift Daunferner t-bar.
Beginners are well taken care of with a number of perfectly well-appointed, easy, flat blue runs. But watch out for the drag lifts. You really shouldn't have anything to worry about as theres plenty of nice gentle slopes to be getting on with. Around the Gamsgarten top station is a number of beginner slopes. Most are accessed with t-bars, but run 12 is a nice gentle one serviced by 6 seater lift. For the tots and the seriously bad, they've added a number of magic carpet lifts, and they're even covered.
